We currently service numerous schools, colleges and universities in Northumberland, Newcastle, Tyneside and Durham.

RANGE OF VEHICLES

 

From 10 to 69 seaters, minibus, midi-coach, full executive coach and high capacity double deckers for local trips. All vehicles have seat belts and selected vehicles come with air conditioning, DVD, toilet / washroom, wifi etc.

SAFETY

 

Vehicles are maintained to a high standard over and above the regulations as set out by DVSA. Every vehicle receives a thorough safety check in-house every 4 weeks by our qualified and experienced maintenance team, and before every journey, the driver performs a walk around check of the vehicle and electronically records this. Should any defects be found the vehicle will be replaced without question.  

 

 

DRIVERS

 

All drivers are Enhanced DBS checked and cleared, each and every driver receives in-house training in customer care and safe and efficient driving. They also hold a CPC qualification which involves 40 hours of refresher training every 5 years. All of this is to ensure the safety of the passengers and vehicle.  

 

 

BACK-UP

 

Our office is manned 24/7 to ensure that there is always a point of contact no matter what time of day (or night). Vehicles are also tracked electronically for peace of mind.
